Fox Country Players in collaboration with Center Stage Theater presents God of Carnage

About: Winner of the 2009 Tony Award for Best Play, God of Carnage is the story of two couples who meet for the first time shortly after their eleven-year-old sons have a nasty playground tangle. Michael and Veronica, whose son’s teeth were knocked out with a stick, invite Alan and Annette, whose son did the knocking, to their home to settle matters cordially. But, as the evening wears on and the booze starts to flow, the gloves come off and both sets of parents resort to finger-pointing, name-calling and venomous insults that make their kids’ tooth-chipping tussle look like child’s play. God of Carnage is written by Yasmina Reza and translated by Christopher Hampton
