Firefly Family Theatre presents an original show for young audiences in an intimate black box setting at Center Stage Theater in Naperville, IL.

Spark the Firefly is the tiniest firefly in all of Firefly Grove, and she can’t seem to figure out how to light up. Determined to find her light, Spark sets out on a journey through the forest where she encounters other bugs and creatures who give advice. Ultimately Spark learns that when she stands up and protects her friends, her light shines as brightly as ever.

The story will be told using original music, puppets, shadow puppets and interactive moments. Children will sit on blankets right up close to the action and be part of the story telling.

All ages are welcome. Recommended for ages 2-6.

The show will last approx. 45 minutes. King’s Cafe will be open before and after the show for breakfast, lunch, snacks or drinks. Plan to come a few minutes early to enjoy some delicious food!
